Terms and conditions for Entire Event Cancellation:
After making your payment online these cancellation policies will
apply:

16 to 30 days prior to the event Baja Cantina Group will reimburse
you 90% of your payment

7 to 15 days prior to the event Baja cantina Group will reimburse
you 50% of your payment

6 days or less prior to the event, there will be no refund.
If possible your tickets will be
delivered to you immediately. Otherwise, you must present your
printed confirmation the day of the event, after confirming we will
give you a ticket to exchange for a bracelet.
We will have a 15 minute allowance time, If you don’t arrive or call
within the time limit, we will considered the reservation a “No
Show”. We have an extremely high demand for this event and there
will be a waiting list and your seat may be assign unless you notify
us in advance of your delay.
Any additional consumption will be charged to the same check. If you
would like separate checks you must inform your waiter upon arrival.
If you have any food allergies, these must be informed at the time
of making your reservation or to your waiter before placing your
order.
If for any natural phenomena like rough weather, we are forced to
suspend the event you will be reimbursed 50% of your ticket.
